Easily accessible are the towns of Tomintoul, Grantown-on-Spey, and Elgin, all with shops, restaurants, and pubs.

The House has a large open plan lounge and kitchen-diner, with multi-fuel burning stove, which heats the water and warms the radiators. There is also a full oil-fired central heating system.

A fully equipped kitchen / diner, including microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is a large dining table and breakfast bar.

2 bathrooms - a large family bathroom with bath, shower over bath, bidet, basin and toilet, one en-suite (twin room) with shower, toilet and basin.

There are three large bedrooms (one double, one twin and large single with extra (3 ft wide) fold-up bed.

There are no facilities for very small children/ babies, but the bedrooms are all large enough to accommodate cots etc, if desired. Guests would need to bring such items with them together with bedding for cot, high chair etc.

Towels and bedding are included in rental charge.
